Ganes de reviure un clàssic de la literatura catalana? Aquesta temporada el TNC porta als escenaris La plaça del Diamant de Mercè Rodoreda, una obra essencial del nostre patrimoni cultural i literari que explica la història de la Natàlia, una dona humil que viu al barri de Gràcia durant la segona República, la guerra i el franquisme. Aquest cop la directora teatral Carlota Subirós ens ofereix una mirada íntima i contemporània on no una, sinó onze actrius d'edats i perfils diferents donen vida a la protagonista de la novel·la. Una espècie de mosaic femení que realça el nostre passat, però també el de les nostres mares i àvies. I per si no n'hi havia prou, l'espectacle també compta amb un muntatge colpidor: una combinació de música, teatre i dansa que et submergirà de ple dins l'univers de Rodoreda.
